I have offer this space to support us mindfully navigating life.

I carry forward my expertise as a clinical social worker and a 500 E-RYT yoga teacher (with a focus on trauma and resilience). Everyday presence a new world, I try to use my tools of breath, movement and skillful stillness to navigate life. This website is a place to welcome you to the this journey of life.     With over 20 years of experience, I have learned to manage life’s obstacles through the practice of yoga.  I have worked hard to bring my practice off my mat and into my life. I am here to support your practice both on and off your mat. We will work together to mindfully integrate the practice of yoga with life. We will partner together to move forward in life with agility, strength, and focus.  I invite you to ignite your strength, to welcome your softness, to find your balance.
