I am here to work with you…won’t you join me on your mat to mindfully navigate life?

I carry forward my expertise as a clinical social worker and a registered 500 E-RYT yoga teacher (with a focus on resilience and trauma).  With over 20 years of experience, I have learned to manage life’s greatest obstacles through the practice of yoga.  I have worked hard to develop an asana practice that will help you explore your path while discovering previously unattainable pieces  of yourself.

We will work together to mindfully integrate the practice of yoga with life. We will partner together to move forward in life with agility, strength, and focus.  I invite you to ignite your strength, to welcome your softness, to find your balance.
